I was in Heath, Ohio today and going to Newark,Ohio which is the next town over, I saw a navy blue 300D w123 driven by a woman on the otherside of the street. It was one cool looking car, too bad I couldn't examine the car closer. Never seen a w123 limo before

Those are pretty cool! I saw an anthracite grey (same color as my 300DT) stretch limo 300D here in Connecticut about a month ago in traffic. The owner appeared to be a musician on the way to a gig; it was full of sound gear. Hey, sure beats a minivan!

W123's where jump seats and the capacity to carry seven passengers was the requirement rather than luxury. A pretty common configuration for 240Ds in many parts of the world (see opening scene from "The Boys From Brazil").
