accumulater installation

After doing a search on accumulater installation I didn't get a clear answer if a "shadetree" installation is possible without special tools and equipment. I have a good range of air and hand tools and do most of my repairs .
I would appreciate any help and tips you guys offer. Thanks to everyone who spends their time helping us wannabes and hobbiests.Without this forum I would be in trouble.
