Copy of the portfolio for NE Gtg

This is what I am going to present to the heads of the dealership.

With the hope of securing your graciousness in the use of your dealership, the group of Mercedesshop.com Northeastern Enthusiasts (an informal group of about 10-20 people who discuss Mercedes Benz Diesel automobiles) would like to have a get together of enthusiasts the Viti Dealership (975 Fish Road, Tiverton Rhode Island, 02878) of mostly 80's vintage Mercedes diesel powered automobiles. (Although spark fired automobiles will also be there)
The members decided to pick your facility because of it's locality between Connecticut and New Hampshire, making it a nice middle area of New Englanders to travel to. Our last meeting was held at Hannomasset State Park in Connecticut, and around 10 people attended.
The vehicles attending are of many models, but most notably that of the W123 and W126 series. A W124 300D and a W201 190D 2.2 maybe be in attendance, but mostly it will consist of the earlier models. Also, around three newer E300 Diesel and Turbodiesel models will attend. Along with the diesel powered automobiles, spark fired automobiles will also make an appearance, most notably two W124 500E's, and some newer E320's.
Being that our group isn't exactly a formal, card carrying club, and only have ties to one another through the online forum at www.peachparts.com, activities won't be very formal. It is more of a get together, a time for fellow Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts to "show off" their cars to one another. The cars are not showroom condition, and not show cars, but simply daily drivers. It is just a time for enthusiasts to share their passion.
This being a rather small get together, around 10-15 parking spaces would be needed to park the cars. No more than that is needed. Many of the cars exemplify the reliability and ruggedness of Mercedes Benz automobiles (my own 240D has 323,000 miles) and would be free advertising for the durability of the Mercedes-Benz marque in general.
I hope you take this into consideration. I do not know if you have hosted any get togethers for Mercedes enthusiasts before, but our group is a good group of people. We hope you consider hosting our get together at your dealership. Not only will it provide us with a place to use, it will provide you with great advertising for the marque, as well as 10-15 potential customers with mostly 10-24 year old Mercedes-Benz Vehicles.

Sincerely,

The Members of the Mercedesshop.com Forums
Myself, Kyle Pavao
