'83 300D engine/tranny in the '85 chassis question

I have recently found out that the wiring connector on the side of the fuel injection pump on the '85 300D is a feedback in a round about way to the climate control circuit. Well the engine (with FI pump) from the '83 that I put in my '85 300D chassis does not have this sensor/wiring. What/where do I need to jump out to complete the circuit? I will eventually get around to studying the schmatics but if there is someone that has recently done this conversion it would save me a little time.
thanks
