123 300TD tail light part number
Someone on the forum graciously gave me a 123 TD tail light. I'm looking to match it but I don't remember if I have a left or right. Seems like it could fit either side.
The part number of the lens I have is 123 820 20 64. Is this a left or right lens and what's the part number of it's mate? It's embossed on the outside of the lens as well as on the gray plastic housing. Thanks, Sixto 91 300SE 87 300SDL 83 300SD

TD taillights not the same
Sixto,
I just had to replace the left taillight on Marlene and when I opened the box and looked at the replacement, I would have sworn that the MBZ distributor had sent the wrong one. Closer inspection reveals that the left and right housings, while looking quite similar, really are different. Regards, Randy Leo
