Can 123 window motor replace a 126?

Hello everyone!

Im wonderin if its possible to change the rear window motor of the 126 by that of a 123's. Is it?

Problem is, the 300SD's window motor got fried (children mustve played with it or somethin) and all I have for replacement is a 123 window motor. Can the two be interchanged readily or do I have to fabricate brackets or somethin?
