Question on '93 W124 300D2.5

Hi,
I own a '93 W124 300D2.5 with 125,000 miles.
Is there a "Haynes" manual for these W124? (I found only W123 manuals...). About the fuses on the picture attached: is #1 the fuse link for the glow plugs? And #2 and #3?

Also, I am planning to replace all 5 glow plugs. Do you recommend to remove the air intake above the engine or the job can be done without removing it?

Thanks,

There's a 124 series Hayne's manual for the UK market. I think it covers the 602 variants. Check www.haynes.co.uk. It's available directly from Haynes, from UK bool sellers like www.whsmith.co.uk and some US outlets thought I don't remember which ones.

IMO, it's good but not comprehensive.

My guess on the two fuses is that they're for the AC blower.

Welcome to the board!! That is a beautiful 2.5 you have.

If you are a DIYer, I would highly recommend the CD availible from fastlane. It is a bit pricey, but so far I has saved my bottom on several repairs - Sorry I can't help with your question.

Ni intake removal needed

You do not have to remove the intake, just take your time.
