New (to me) E300
Just bought a 1996 E300, interior and exterior in excellent shape. Has 274,350 miles on it but it still runs and drives like a dream. Has a little rattle up front (other than the normal clatter) I am not sure what it is. Maintenance on this car has been exceptional got all the paperwork about an inch thick. Interstate driving is just what you would expect from a car of this caliber. The only drawback is my wife gets to drive it daily.

Yes lets see the pictures..., it should be like a new one if it has all the maintenance records..change the oil to Mobil Delvac and keep driving....

It was pretty far away, I wasn't sure that at 275,000 miles the interior and overall feel of the car would be as good as the engine and transmission and I felt the price was a bit high for the miles.

While, I have not driven one with less miles I can say that this drives as tight as anything new I have driven. This car is super clean for the miles. I was and still am a little leary of the miles, issues like timing chain and such. However, I still fell like I got my monies worth in the deal. If it had been anybody other than Donnie I would not have bought the car. I feel he is a trustworthy person and he stated that I should not have problems with the engine or trans. And he has maintained the car from new. So I went with emotin after talking with him and driving the car. A good polish job on the paint and it will liik like new.

That's a mighty nice car for 275K. It was obviously cared for. Still, a '96 isn't that old in terms of age (rubber seals, ect). As long at the engine checks out OK, looks like you got a good car.
