An Engine, a 123 & a driveshaft
 

I'm thinking of combining the following three:

1. My engine from my recently trashed '83 (300 Turbo)

2. A nice 240-D frame (4-speed) (it's engine is shot)

3. The drive shaft and components from my 300 euro parts car (manual)

Does this sound like it would work?

Sounds like you have a kit for the coveted (but not often tried) 4-speed turbodiesel w123. I'm sure someone here wants these parts....
