Help! Seat Switch replacement problem
 

Greetings
On my 81' 300sd, I just replaced the faulty switch last night with the newer retro-fit unit. Problem is that the new switch has an extra wire that is red with a white stripe and is connected to the seat back section of the switch. Good news, the bottom of the seat now does everything it is supposed to.....bad news is the seat back will not recline or go forward. Anyone out there know where the red wire with the white stripe goes.
