Can I Burn Hydro Oil
I HAVE ACCESS TO ALOT OF HYDROLIC FLUID. CAN IT BE USED IN MY 300SD? IF SO WHAT KIND OF RATIO SHOULD I MIX IT. THANKS

A guy I used to work with dumped his used motor oil in the fuel tank of his freightliner when he changed. Doubt if he cared about the % as he was rather frugal. He never seemed to have engine problems however. He also removed the fan blades claiming better power and economy. That seemed to work fine on level ground but in the mountains he had to put them back on!

I've burned it before and it works fine. Start with a gallon at a time and go to 50/50. Isure hope it's clean and filtered

The oil that I have acsess to is either new or very filtered that I really don't worry about the fact of it being clean. If you guys burn oil from fast foods and have no problems from sludge then that is the least of my worries. This will be clean. Tell me more guys. Thanks

All of my cars are in miles and i should post an update of the miles. maybe tomarrow. Buy diesels if you want to put alot of trouble free miles. SD now has 278000. Great car!!! Thanks
