power windows - slow day ditty
 

on the way to work this morning, the power windows in my 83 300dt stopped working. all but the driver's window which worked fine. first thought was that somehow the 'safety' switch was screwing up the works. played with that for a while. nothing. then later i popped the fuze box cover and noticed that the #2 fuze looked a little corroded. removed it and polished it some. replaced it and the windows now work. of course the #2 has nothing to do with the window operation. but i be happy. the end.
