Help with key

Hey guys I got it going . I tried lube, vibes. drill nothing so I took the whole thing out I got lucky to take the connector off it has to be in 1 slot but the little thing that turns the switch is made out of plastic so it give a bit.I took the switch off and put back on the connector. I called 4 locksmiths they wouldn’t touch it
I can start it with a screw driver until I can buy the parts. I’m on the way to Indiana next
week in my MB.

Thanks to all

Lewis

P.S. next stop Fort Wayne Indiana

Too late now, but it's always best to change the cylinder when it gets "notchy" with an old key -- saves having to use two keys or not being able to use the car at all....

Very simple when the key still works, you know what a pain it is when it won't.
