Help with key
Hey guys I got it going . I tried lube, vibes. drill nothing so I took the whole thing out I got lucky to take the connector off it has to be in 1 slot but the little thing that turns the switch is made out of plastic so it give a bit.I took the switch off and put back on the connector. I called 4 locksmiths they wouldn’t touch it
I can start it with a screw driver until I can buy the parts. I’m on the way to Indiana next week in my MB. Thanks to all Lewis P.S. next stop Fort Wayne Indiana |

Too late now, but it's always best to change the cylinder when it gets "notchy" with an old key -- saves having to use two keys or not being able to use the car at all....
Very simple when the key still works, you know what a pain it is when it won't. Peter
