87 300D front fender, lower molding attachment
How do I re-attach this mouding? There are three white clics and 3 pins that lock the clip in the fender hole.

Go to the dealership and buy 3 new clips. Then slide the clip back on.

Do you mean install the new clips into into the holes in the fender (fender still on car), then slide the molding onto the clips?

yes! if you try to put the molding on with the old clips, most likely if will fall back off. The same thing happened to me, the 3 clips cost me less than $1 at the dealership!!
