It is hard to say. Will you be happy if you replace those parts and you still have a front end "noise". Within the past couple years I changed the upper/lower ball joints along with the shocks and about a year or so ago I started getting the noise associated with a worn our track rod mount. Based on my experience it would only make the "noise" when I was applying the brake and going over a bump or around a curve. Change the mount and there are no front end noises now:).

If you go ahead and rebuild the front end - mounts, bushings, everything then you won't have to mess with it for about another 250k miles. If the front end shop is a good shop and the track rod mounts are worn to the point of not allowing a good alignment then they will tell you. I'm sure it can be aligned with worn mounts but it may not stay in alignment. I did not replace the track rod bushing at the lower control arm.

This is a shot of the track rod mount I took out this morning. I have removed the protection boot. You can move the threaded rod in and out of the mount a slight amount which results in the clunk when the rod is loaded/moved.
