She claims the seats hurt her butt after a couple hours. Maybe it's my imagination, but my seat feels a little hard on the bottom since she mentioned it.

What says the group... have them re- padded, buy sheepskins, get another girlfriend? The springs seem fine, the padding may be a little settled.
