Question Location of Flasher Relay

My 123, 240D Manual chassis is without turn signals and flashers. I swapped out the hazzard switch (per a search here) but that didn't do the trick.

I noticed that the Performance Products catalog places the 'flasher relay' somewhere near the middle of the car. But I can't tell from the pic if its on the firewall or near the shift knob. Can anyone tell me where that part is located?

Thanks

Don

Hi Don.

The relay is located under the shifter wood trim.
Remove all the screws and lift it up.

You'll see the relay on the driverside of the
shifter,it should be laying on its side.

Remove the trim slowly, because the wires
for the rest of the switches aren't the longest.

Hope this helps.

Louis.

Unbelievable. That part had been robbed from the chassis when the engine went dead. I never knew it cuz I didn't know the core cause. Thanks.

Swapped out one from my parts car......and now......blinkers/flashers.

Thanks

Don
