"bigbabbo" Saga Continues!
 

So this Mercedes parts guy who doesn't answer emails, doesn't send parts, etc., files a non-paying bidder on me for the auctions that I paid for with paypal and he never shipped.

A complaint was filed with Paypal and they found in my favor and refunded me the CASH payment I sent. Now the guy files a non-paying bidder.

Also sends me threatening emails calling me a terrorist, then calls my contact # MULTIPLE times at all times of night and day. I change my contact # on ebay and he files a complaint with them saying that my info is inaccurate and wants my ebay account closed.

I've purposely avoided contact with this guy since paypal refunded me. He continues to be a PITA.

So..., WTH to do about a whack job like this guy?

BTW, I notice that he somehow gets bad feedback that's left for him removed?

Also, he cancelled one of the items I bid on and THEN left me bad feedback for that item that I CAN'T leave any feedback for because it was cancelled, this is BS!!

does this guy go by any other names on ebay? i would like to know so i can avoid.

Yes, "Benzbaron".

Some people have OK luck, and some he goes nuts on, not sure what it is either way.

He's certainly pooched any possibility of having a customer base originate from this forum.

This all reminds me of John Goodman's lines in "The Big Lebowksi" while he's bashing the snot out of that Corvette.

At least you got your money back. I hate seeing people get wrongfully burnt. I'd love to send this guy some e-mails myself...

You DON'T want this person to have your email! Not sure what's up with the guy, but he seems like a lunatic to me and he'd probably flood your inbox. He must be using me as a vent or something since he has a lot of good feedback (bad too, but not as much as good) so he can't be this way to everyone?

I think it's your civic duty to warn the entire MB online community about this psychopath. That means posting on all the other MB forums... benzworld.org, 500Ecstasy.com, ans several others I can't think off offhand. Otherwise I'd consider a restraining order that includes email & phone calls. What a toad...

that would probably have a huge impact on his sales volume...since im willing to bet that the majority of people who order parts for thier benz online usually register with at least one mercedes related forum...id "go tell it on the mountain" and let as many people know about this as i could,hell ill even help you out some;)

This guy sent me the wrong color car mats. I returned them to get the right color. he never responded I wish I had seen your post before I did buisness with this trukey.

Sorry to hear that, di you ever get the right mats? If not, sounds like people need to do something about this guy, he seems to be able to get negative feedback taken off his profile while leaving neg for others before all is said and done.

PS. Since I'm directly involved with a dispute (and sounds like you are too), it would be in bad form to sign him up for email porn or other "goodies", but there exists the possiblity that someone else might annoy him out of bad business practices byt such frivolities. Maybe not though.

You could write up a factual description of what he did .... and each time someone bids on his auctions send them an email with that information...
