I bought one a while back through Rusty (buymbparts), he had to special order it from mercedes. It was $22 + $9 shipping (flat mercedes charge) for one. The only work involved it getting the door panel off. The old one pulls out easily, the new one goes in pretty easy. But you'll probably ending up to have to remove the screws from the track on one side so that you can get the seal in there right. I got mine pretty close so I sent the window up, then back down once or twice and it was in there perfectly. It just pushes into position all around the window. No tools needed other than the ones to get the panel off and the 10mm socket to remove the bolts.
