Dawes Boost controller

Hi,

I put ina boost gauge a while back, to see what my turbo is putting out. At full throttle conditions, Im getting a hair over 9psi. That is the max Ill ever see.
Granted, I have a pep-boys gauge, but I dont think it could be too far off. So, I think my wastegate spring is probably getting a little tired. I might asd well help it to last as long as possible, and get a bit more performance out.

So, I have decided thatIll probably go with a dawes boost controller, rather than trying to adjust my wastegate spring. Seems like $43 well spent. I am not going to tune up my boost, nor am I going to mess withmy ALDA. I simply want to be able to get about 10.5 or 11 psi boost at full throttle.

My question is, reading at the dawesdevices site, it is set to some boost level that is safe for all cars. But, the online insturctions dont state what the level is. What boost will it allow out of the box? How much adjusting is needed to get to an MB factory setting?

Thanks,

JMH
