I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have been coming to this forum to get tips for the past few months. What I have learned from this forum has been so valuable. Now, I have a specific question. The swicth that is used to open the hood of my 1984 300SD has broken. The metal looking cable is showing, but the thing wont budge. I need to open my hood, might there be another way to open the hood. I wolud appreciate if somebody out there could help. Thank you
