Can you expand on that? You have to pull one out so you can drive the other one, right? I dont see how one would drive both out...

Also, what would one use to lubricate?

My upper bushing came out okay with the bolt, and I used a mallet and an 18 inch strip of wood, maybe 3/4 inch square, as a punch to drive the lower one out.
