How much are 95 e300d's selling for?

Has anyone been following the "market" for 1995 E300Ds?

I looked at Ebay and most of the 95 E300Ds never met the reserve price. I wonder if they are selling outside of Ebay. A search of autotrader didn't provide much info either.

My car is a 1995 E300D with 125K miles. I'm thinking about upgrading to a E300D 1998-99 turbo. There seem to be many of those on the market these days.
