I had figured that the footwell vacuum pod must be shot because the footwell vents would not shut off using any of the CCU buttons, but when i pulled the radio out and the ccu out to expose the pod, I can see that it is indeed working. When the car is switched on, it opens the little doors, but nothing will make them close again unless the car is turned off. What can the problem be? -- Mike

Nevermind...I fixed the problem by resoldering the ACC circuit board and now the floor vents come on when they're suppost to (heat or bi-level button). -- Mike
