Need A Great Mechanic Near Boston

Any recommendations on some great and reasonably priced Mercedes shops in the Boston area? I live in Waltham and have some normal maintenance issues as well as needing my sunroof fixed.
Thanks for your input.

This is a long shot...but I grew up in Needham and one of the older Boy Scouts in my troop was a VERY good mechanic. When I moved from the east coast in 1988 he had already opened a shop. I Googled his name and came up with the phone number below, I assume it is the same guy I knew, how many Rusty Whittakers can there be in Needham? I don't know if he works on Mercedes but I would trust him unconditionally regardless. He is an outstanding person and mechanic, and he sparked my interest in things mechanical (pun intended) though since then I've lost interest in the spark

Tell him tall, skinny Chuck sent you, and that I wish I still had the Can-Am 125 dirt bike I bought from him back in 1983!

I grew up on the North Shore, one of the best M-B mechanics in New England is Paul Kaminski of Star Service in Topsfield. Might be too far for you to drive from Waltham, though. If not, he is great.

The best shop in the area is Hatch and Sons. Just go out Rt. 20 (main st. Waltham). Stay on 20 thru Weston and Wayland. On the Wayland/Sudbury line, on your left.
Not cheap, but they are very, very good.

Let me give you one in NH, in case any other Granite Staters or Northern Taxachusetts drivers are interested: JJM Fleet Service, Salem, NH- 603-898-7993. Ask for Jeff or Gus. Good honest guys that know diesel engines in general very well and have done great work on my car at reasonable rates. They stand behiind thier work, and I don't mean " as far behind it as they can get...". I've used a local dealer to make punch lists, like when I bought the car and wanted to get it right, and have JJM do the work. Now it's the only place I take it.

I second Hatch and Sons. They really aren't cheap but I have been very satisfied!

Look for Ed Owen.
