Boardmonger, where in Cali are you? We both have that blue 7-figure license plate. Looks great. I see you just posted at BW.

Yea i tried to put pictures up there but it didn't work. Im in cupertino in the bay area. As you can see the grill has a bit missing but that seems to be the only exterior issue and the interior is just as good with no cracks in the dash or anything.

Yeah, the gallery thread is starting to get screwed up again (It's already the 2nd one! First one went south too).

That's nothing, a quick trip to the junkyard might bag you a good grille, or if you really want it to be perfect an aftermarket one should work. The problem with aftermarket grilles is the center chrome piece is flatter and is not more ( than factory ones. I have yet to pull mine out to see if it will budge.

Congrats!

Some say she's ugly, not as pretty as her sister Sunny (a 300SD of the same year), but she's been a willing WVO conversion guinnea pig.

Here is my first, 1979 300d purchased almost 12 years ago. My family at times, must still compete with her for my affections.

The green Euro listed on the front page by "turbodiesel" is now mine. :D
