On my '82 240D, I am replacing the fabric bead that runs vertically on the drivers side door pillar. In order to tuck in the bead at the bottom it goes under the door sill. I have no idea how to remove the door sill. Is it attached with pressed in clips, or what? Has anybody done this restoration before?

If I remember correctly, you just pry it up, it should come off...
