'83 300td main brake connector location?

Looking on the '83 schematic I see a common denominator for my dash indicator problems. The main brake connector has a bunch of wires that mirror the systems that fail when the lights come on the dash: window lifts quit working and sometimes the blinker and radio. Sometimes putting on the brakes will initiate the problems and sometimes it will cause the window lifts to start working again while the problem is going on. Where is this connector physically located so I can reseat and put some dielectric grease on it.
