can someone recomend a good indy?

I just recently bought an 83 300sd and I wanted to have it serviced. Down here in south texas (rio grande valley) my options are few and far between. Some of the things I would like to have done include having the alda adjusted. I asked the local tech and he just looked at me funny., trans work, valve adjusted, timing chain, etc. any recomendations are greatly appreciated.
