searched but cant figure this out
i should be reciving my parts in a few days and i will be trying to do my ball joints but im not sure if i can do this without a press or the special tool. can it be done without these? please help. dont get mad at me for not searching because i did. any info would be appreciated

Any part that is a press in or snug fit like that I use an old shadetree trick, Do you have a heat source? A little hand held butane/propane torch will do. Take your new ball joint and stick it in the freezer. While it is in there remove your old joint and clean the area thoroughly. Take your torch and gently heat the socket and surrounding area. Now quickly take your joint out of the freezer and install.

trick works
I used the freezer/hair dryer trick to install new head bearing races in my 80 KZ1000. Works great.

i will do that. but does it require a press to take them out or can i pond them out?
