Symptoms Associated w/Leaking Injector Bypass Hose
Curious if there are any symptoms associated with leaking bypass hoses at the injectors? Not a pressing issue but as I replace my hoses due to deteroriation I pondered their function and wondered what, if anything (beyond leaking fuel), failed lines cause for problems. Mine are on an '87 300TD. Thanks. Steve

Decreased economy and raw diesel EVERYWHERE! A lot goes to the injectors but, very little fuel actually is injected into the engine while running (even at full load).
