Post New Topic? Wish I Could. Stumped!!!
I used the search, I used my CDs, I traced wires, found relays, switches, multi-pin plugs, learned how easy it is to get the back portion of the headliner off. However . . .
The rear wiper/washer on my '87 300TD has me stumped. If I could get a decent view of my CD schematic (bad photo of the page - 161) I should stand a chance. The relay is working, no apparent broken wires, fuse isn't blown, and to my inexperienced self the most important finding was power going to the wiper motor via the green wire. Now I would love to remove the motor or at least get better access to it but for the life of me I cannot see how to get the lense portion of the third brake light out. Any suggestions or leads would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Solved it. Just kept looking and trying. Motor is bound-up tighter than tight. Heats up but doesn't turn (gears removed from the housing first).
