That is a very impressive project that Kartek is undertaking. I'm just happy enough to keep my car in proper running order never mind doing anything like that....

Speaking of I can't tell you what an utter joy it was driving home last night knowing that everything was working as it should For too long now i've been irritated driving my car knowing that something was wrong with the cooling system. To have everything sorted and to drive her properly was such a wonderful feeling

Sadly I didn't have a camera to take pictures with

Many thanks to Chad for the hub cap for my friends 280! Just need to get it cleaned up and get some matching paint

Thank you Chad and family

It was a beautiful day with great cars, great company, great food and drink. People who can make it should not miss another Chad's GTG, it would be your loss.
KarTek gave a great presentation about his future engineering plans, I am surprised he did not raise a lot of money for his enterprise or maybe he did.
Chad was also good with giving advice and hands-on mods/help to whoever asked.

Chad -Sorry I couldn't make it. Two of the kids on the U6 soccer team I'm coaching bumped their heads together really hard Saturday morning so I had some handholding to do until it was too late to hit the road. So much for my perfect attendance record.Any chance you could hold a make-up GTG for those of us who couldn't make it?Mark

Rafi, you're too kind!

I was running on at the mouth! It'll be much nicer next time when I actually have something to show for my effort.

For my project, I'm running it like a corporate venture, a budget for each phase with projected and actual costs.

Another Thank You!

I'm back in CT after a 4 day weekend.
I just wanted to post another BIG "Thank You" to Chad, Raquel and anyone else involved in putting together this great GTG. My wife and I rode with Ramona Jim and his wife in the big blue '71 (Gustav) since my '87 300D still needs a brake caliper. We were rather late and many had left already, but we couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of people to hang out with for an evening.
Thanks for making a noob feel welcome!

-Louis

Haha trust me, even if you had gotten there early you still wouldn't have had enough time to talk to everyone

I consider myself lucky to have been able to have talked to as many people as I did! (Had a great CLS conversation with Dee8go yet i'm still waiting for an opportunity to converse with Mistress) Chads meets really are the best and every year I get to have wonderful conversations with faces both old and new

Warning I $u(k at remembering names, but none the less enjoyed meeting and talking with some of you.

A big thanks to Chad and Raquel for opening up their home (and yard) to us.

It was a fun time and hope to do it again sometime.

Thank You once again to Chadd, Raquel, Ethan and Fiona for making it a wonderful GTG. Loved seeing everyone again and learning about turbo charging an engine, along with "balancing the broom." Glad we left before that lady tried to drive her boat thru the interchange and got it stuck......there are some days i am embarrassed to be part of the female race. Until next time- thanks for everything. Tivoliman tell the Mrs. my dictionary is close at hand.

4th Annual Southeast PA Benzfest
Saturday, August 27, 2011 - 11am until ?

We can start at 11am and go until whenever. I'll provide food and beverages, but if you would like to bring something it will be appreciated.

Let's get a head count so I can plan for the food and drink.

I live about 1 mile from the Montgomery Mall to give you an idea of where I am. I'll give my address via PM to everyone that will be coming.
http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Montgomeryville&state=PA&cat=Montgomery+Mall#a/maps/l:Montgomery+Mall:804+Bethlehem+Pike:North+WalesA:19454:US:40.237797:-75.241947:address::1/m::12:40.237783:-75.241963:0:::::/io:0:::::f:EN:M:/e

Also, my driveway has been paved and made larger so parking will be easier and cleaner.
