If you do a search on 124 and keyless entry, you'll find instructions on how to put one in I wrote 3 years ago - but this is not exactly what you are looking for.

There are aftermarket companies that make the remote locking flip key for various model MB's, some with alarm systems and others that will integrate into other alarm systems, remote start, etc. The issue that needs to be resolved is that MB key blanks are not alike in length, width or thickness, so finding a "universal" flipkey remote will likely mean modifying the key blank to work with the remote. I'm waiting for a unit from germany that supposedly works with the W201 key.

u can always go back to the local mercedes service centre and ask. i once ask about a replacement as my key was broken into 2.and the local agent said it could be done around 500 rm if i am not mistaken back then. the owner must submit a copy of the identication card or driving liscene and the car registration card and details as they have to send back the info back to daimlerbenz in germany. it seems vey hectic so i just continue using the spare key. orthowise, there are plenty mercedes flip key type alarm system around the street. is start around 400rm, so is like 200 sing dollars. nevertheless, honda in malaysia have the similar design flip key from honda city to accord.

I checked it with the local installer and he said it looks pretty basic.
