FS: 1980 300D with Vegpower kit, UVO

I have for sale a 1980 300D with about 200K miles on it. I was told by the previous owner that this was a California car. She bought the car from someone in Oregon and had it transported to Memphis, TN about 1.5 years ago. It currently has a Vegpower UVO heated 2nd tank, automatic purge controlled system that includes a heated fuel spin-on filter for UVO and two 3 port fuel solenoids. The paint is in very good condition -- my guess is its a repaint. I have not had a chance to clean the car.

I have replaced 2 non-working glow plugs. It comes with a brand new battery. I have a replacement window switch for the console. The armrest is in very good condition. The driver's seat has one small tear in the seat bottom. The hood "tongue" switch has been fixed --- please disregard the yellow rope tied on the front --- that was a "before" pic. The black spot on the grill photo is dirt on my camera lens.

It has some type of shifting issue that I haven't had the time to properly diagnose. I have a thread in the Diesel Discussion forum over here on the car: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=267127
