82 300D $1100
Red W123, no rust Tx chassis, paint is thin, interior rough, looks nice from 20 feet. 350K miles showing on the working odometer. Here's the good news...
New tires Recent front end rebuild. bushings, ball joints... everything. Bilstien shocks Transmission service R12 AC blows cold Fresh injectors, pre-chambers and glow plugs Recent water pump and radiator New battery and alternator voltage regulator Rebooted axles Recent brake job including calipers... This car has made several (recent) trips to Colorado and New Mexico, mostly hi-way miles. Engine compression is over 400lbs on 2-5, number one is less but she still does 0-60 within the factory spec and runs out smooth. Good basic transportation I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere.
