Lovely car. If you relist, I would be a serious buyer! I live in San Diego, and would happily make the trip.

I don't doubt that for a moment. However, in my opinion it fits the era and style of the car far better than a non-operational Kenwood cassette deck. And a Becker Europa was not in my price range. |

Aftermarket Radios
I wasn't meaning to denigrate it in any way .
I was there in the 1960's when a factory radio on a $1,500 vehicle was over $100 . Plenty of those older Japanese radios were very good and still work . Others, just like some of to - day's Chinese products, were horrible right out of the box . I like old 'two knobber' radios and save them from scrap whenever I can . I now have a 1959 VW Beetle and it has some mystery AM radio, I have original U.S.A. Bendix Shapphire 6 volt radios but I like to bring them back to life when I can, will try on this one . Becker sells the correct speakers for your car plus dual cone ones that look and fit the same but have better sound reproduction . Let us knw how this one works out . Meguiar's has a really good plastic polish that will make the dull face plate look new again .
