FS in Pa.~2005 e320 CDI with 201k miles R title $4800

Gauging interest at this point as i am not sure whether i will sell or keep this one and sell my other 2005 CDI.

2005 CDI with 201k miles
was hit lightly on the drivers side front corner (R-title)...you can see the damage and repairs here:
http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/bodywork-repair-paint-tools-tips-tricks/404928-2005-w211-cdi-fix.html

Nothing was bent other than the headlight bucket support and the front support was pushed up about a half inch over the HL assembly.

I was originally going to replace the bumper cover but decided the one on there was salvageable, and had the 'doors' for the HL washer ports.

This minor damage caused the car to be salvaged by the insurance company (possibly the cost of the special bumper and active headlight?), so it now has a Reconstructed Pa. title.

This car is heavily optioned with sunroof, rear sunshade and door shades, navigation, CD changer, massaging seats, and active headlights.
The black interior is in good condition and all options (aside from the ones mentioned below) are working.
Good condition matching set of Goodyear Assurance all-season tires on stock wheels.

Unfortunately, the active headlights are not working due to replacing the damaged unit on the driver side with an "inactive" headlight.

Car has been reassembled but not finished and probably won't be be me. The rest of the paint is good and i think the hood, fender and bumper could be color-matched pretty cheaply and the car would look great.
A can of #368 Flint gray color coat plus a can of clear is $50 on ebay......probably make it look decent with that.

I also have a line on the correct color parts that i might pursue depending on the response as-is.

Money obviously talks......i have been looking around at these cars, as you have if you're serious about getting one, and the price ranges from around $3k for ones in need to $7-10k for super low-mileage, one owner, dealer serviced cars.

This car is in between so i have the asking price in between.

I spend a lot more time talking people out of buying cars from me than i do trying to "sell" cars.
If you have legit questions please PM or email me......if you want to flame my ad, my car or me have at it but i likely won't respond.
Have a great spring and summer......but be careful out there

It was an auction car, I was a 1 owner before that. It had a Carmax stock tag on it and I am betting the owner traded it in there or sold it to them, they sent it to auction and another dealer bought it. It has a dealer lock box on it but no key is in it. It had no keys at the auction. My theory is the dealer lost the key to it and decided to send it back to auction instead of replacing the key. It took a gable on it but from all appearances I am betting it starts and runs. As soon as I get the title I will order a key for it and see what happens.
