I need to reduce my fleet and looking for someone to pass my SDLs on to. One is a 1987 and the other a 1986, both are black with palomino color interior. I did put newer upgraded front seats in the 1986 and they are chocolate and the two tone interior isn’t horrible though I have the original seats.

I purchased both cars from the same owner about six years ago. They probably were sitting two years when I got them. I put a bunch of money into both as I couldn’t stomach using one for parts though that thought was in my head when I got them. I put a brand new Bosch injection pump in the one, rebuilt the turbo in the other, and the list goes on.

The paint is original. A little rust on the exterior and bumpers but not bad. I took both off the road to save on insurance about a year ago. I have several other diesel Mercedes... (4 others). I recently sold one of my 95 E300s and learned tonight it was totaled... so it’s motivated me to find an enthusiast and not someone who just needs dependable transport.

Happy to chat with someone who is interested. The 87 needs some rust repair to get on the road again. The 86 smokes more on startup than I’d like but not when she is plugged in.
