my question is can i swap engines for more power, a 190e 16v into a 190e 2.3 8v 1987 car.
And also if i wanted to do turbo what site can i go to for info on turbo parts,for a 190e 2.3 1987.

Of course it is possible however...unless you are a master mechanic the swap would not be that easy. Everything is different. Exhaust, differential, transmission, wiring, computer, air conditioning, radiator etc....
better off with a turbo.

To tell you the truth, if you are willing to spend that much money on a swap like that, you'd be better off selling your 8V and buying a 16V. Much less trouble and headaches and probably have the car in half the time you would doing all that swapping. Not to mention, it will be less expensive. But the choice is yours.
PS-here is a link to a 190E 2.3-16V for sale for only 8G's. If you could get like $5,000 or more you could easily afford this 16V. Good luck. http://190Revolution.homepage.com/sale/
