Forgive for posting in here about this topic but i didn;t know where to put it. Recently I noticed that the prices for 1994 and 93 E320's and 420's are higher than the prices for newer 97 and 98 models. Is it true that the older 93/94 model E320's are more than 97 E320s with lesser miles. Why is this, (btw I found out this on auto trader online). Is it that the older cars quality was better.

My guess would be that you are seeing a reference to a 320 convertible. These are usually considerably higher priced than a similar, or to a point, newer sedan. I'm not sure what the original sticker prices are for the convertibles.

No I have seen some of the convertibles running at 62 grand. Is mbz quality really running down that much.

CaptAlex300e, Go to www.kbb.com or www.edmunds.com to find used car prices. There is no way that the 93/94 E320's are more than the 97 E320 with lessor miles.
