Bilstein comforts raised ride height?

Has anybody else noticed this?

It looks like it raised my ride height by 2 inches:

Here's a comparison pic:

Any recommend which lowering springs would fix this the best? Not sure which to choose...H&R, Eibach, Intrax?

The replacements are gas filled and will rais the ride height. Why did you replace the old ones? They weren't properly damping the car, and the gas pressure was reduced. Now, it may be back to the correct ride height.

They were original and were toast. I was bottoming out on the road if I had a passenger in the car. Once I took them off I could tell as I could push it down without much force at all, and it would not decompress at any plausible rate.

I will check FSM and see if they give a factory height, thanks for the idea.

Maybe it is back up to normal height...but after it sitting lower before it looks like a 4x4 now.

I think the rears have a gas charge lift to the tune of 75lbs each, so if your old ones were shot, that would be like taking one dead body out of the trunk... so ya, ride height up a bit. Similar story for fronts.

I just did my rears, with Bilstein comforts and noticed a bit of ride height difference, but my old shocks were only maybe 50% gone.

Sorry, that I can't do all the "Cut + paste" photographically

"Mark I" measurement

If you look at your second picture...
The Door Sill Line (Bottom) lines up with the center point of each wheel.
