just introducing
Hey all, I am introducing myself here and asking for help!
What I have: 2.3L M111 with M62. Car is SLK230 -Custom intake work, larger intercooler and moved MAF sensor -MAF 4.7V clamp -ASP pulley -4bar FPR -330CC Ford REDTOP injectors -3" high flow cat -2.5" highflow muffler after cat -SLK32 amg brake upgrade -HR springs, bilstein shocks Right now I run about 14psi at my S/C and 9-10psi at my intake manifold. Because of this 4-5psi loss I am running too rich with the larger injectors. I'm in the process to find a slightly smaller intercooler that may flow a little better... otherwise I'm not sure where my pressure loss is from... it seems kind of steep (i know that usually there is psi loss on a manifold anyway). I'm fairly inexperienced with modifying this engine, but I do know a little here and there. I'm looking to remove the S/C magnetic clutch, but to not cause a check engine light. If I can solve that problem, I will probably be able to add a different supercharger to the car to help performance |
