performance chip for 500E?
i am looking for a performance chip for my 92 500E. any suggetions? can you tell me what to expect in terms of performance? will I experience any side effect? like less reliability etc? Thanks in advance you guys have been really helpful and i appreciate it.

Renntech makes achip for the 500E. It is $650.00 and gives an additional 15 bhp.

No RENNtech chip for '93 400E
Sorry, but there is no chip available from RENNtech for a 1993 400E. If you are interested in other performance upgrades, post here and I can follow up with some other suggestions.

Assi,
We're going to test a few chips at the dragstrip on 3/19 in my 500E. I think we've got three chips to test now. We'll see what happens. It's not the best way to test chips for driveability or torque curves, etc. but at the end of the day, we're buying these things for HP and performance. -Carl
