Suspension/Exhaust/Engine Upgrade

hey everyone, got my list of things to do on my car trimmed down (well kinda :-D) I would love everyone's input as i really value the opinion of this forum.

My car is a 1992 400SE - Stock for now

1. Remus Exhaust System

2. PowerChip Gold 91/ Gold 93 (Can't decide if i want to add a octane booster)

*Debating if i should use K&N filters

3. Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs

4. Replace "leaking" Bilstein HD shocks (no S/L)
i'm not quite sure if the shocks really need to be replaced, i still have to have my mechanic look at them as i don't trust the tire shops. but they deff have some kind of liquid dried on the side of them.

5. Most likely in a year or so replace wheels and tires. Probably put 18" somethings (not sure what though) and either P-zero's or Pilots.

I live in West Los Angeles (Westwood) anyone who has any input on local shops and installers i'd love the info. Also please fell free to put your own input on the brands and general options that i'd like to add. Thanks alot everyone.
-Alex
