Better handling on a 300te???

1989 300te...I would love it to flatten out on turns, I don't like the amount of body roll it gets. Any ideas?

better handling for autocross (lower speed tighter handling) or within higher speed situations? You can tune the handling and target the project accordingly- mild to wild

as needed: refresh/ rebuild front and rear suspension (poly bushings if available), lower bump springs pads

205/55/16 ZR max perf tires on 16x8 forged alloy wheels, run MB recc tire pressures for 100mph+ as indicated on the inside of the fuel filler door

sport springs (with or without SLS)/ sport shocks/struts

sportline/ 400e/ 500e sways bars

contact Neil from the Hot Rods forum- - he has put a C36 AMG motor in his wagon and various suspension mods

hope this helps

fad

You probably know a lot more about this topic than I do, but I question the idea of 205 tires on 8" rims.
What is your reasoning on that ?

Hi Manny-

the 205's on the 500e 16x8 wheels recc came from Neil's experience as he has done this bolt-on mod sans issues on his C36 AMG motor'd TE. I believe he has posted a pic of this set-up on his TE.

I personally run very conservative 205's/60/15 VR Michelin's on my 300e and OEM stock size Birdgestone S-03 on the e500.

hope this helps
