I saw a beautiful woman driving a '55 Cream with black top 300SL in the Huntington Beach area last week. The sad thing is that she could not drive that car if her life depended on it, apparently not used to manual. Her husband/lover/whatever was following her in a Cobra kit car. Bet his heart sank every time he saw the beautiful SL grinding those gears

I rode side by side with her on the PCH for about 3 miles. Bet she thought I was staring at her the whole time. NOT!!! The car, YES

Such is life in CA, beautiful cars and women everywhere. I am ready to pack and move out West.

Ya, but it was California, where they make 300SL replicas, and the women often have aftermarket parts.
