42degree Temperature Sensor & others

Does anyone know the part number for the 42 degree temperature sensor for the 1981 380 SL? The sensor mounts on the intake manifold at the rear, passenger side and sends a signal to the idle speed control. None of the online vendors list it. Is the dealer (choke) the only source (ka ching ka ching). Also, the service CD shows a 16 degree oil temp sensor also signalling the ISC. It is no where on my car. The car is a 7/81 manufacture but the engine has a few post Semptember 81 features. I am also looking for the temperature switch on the bottom of the servo for the climate control. Thanks one and all.

Email Phil at Fastlane, often he can come up with numbers that the vendors can't come up with, not even Fastlanes online pages.

Are you looking for the Thermo Time Switch? It's under the Fuel Injection section. It drops the idle down when the temp hits 42.

The 17 deg oil switch is (of course) way down on the right front of the block by the air hoses. Really a pain to find.
