euro 280sl wheel bearing noise

i purchased a reasonably good 280sl euro manual in the fall in boston , i only put 500 miles on the drive home(had a absolute blast) before storeing , i did notice a wheel bearing noise . im a mb newbie , an am confused as to what model to use when trying to get a part, as this is a euro model.the car is a 1980 , thanks wally
