380Sl A/C
Now that I have completed the changing out the timing chain and guide I am onto the A/C system. One problem does anyone know were the expansion valve would be located on a 1983 380SL

Glad to hear that since I have found it's location Behind the instrument cluster. I figured to replace it since there is a new one in the Box-O parts that came with the car. I think it will more then likely be the mono valve though. Just to darn hot in central texas to work on a car. I very seldom drive.
